Paulina, the founder of Trades CXO, comes from a family of hard-working, blue-collar, small-business owners and has extended family in the trades. Throughout her life, Paulina has been the one-stop-shop for business support for her family, where she used knowledge and experience growing and running businesses for a Fortune 10 company.

Paulina understands the importance of giving her family the tools to grow their business, while offering them the opportunity to learn along the way. Next, we'll take what we learned from our meetings together and build a customized plan for how Trades CXO can help your business grow. We'll present you the plan, discuss ideas, and make whatever changes we wish. Plan Review is also virtual and FREE!

Lastly, once we all agree on the plan, Trades CXO will get to work. For ongoing support, we'll meet virtually every quarter to review progress to the plan and updates we need to make.
